Noe Valley Market Update – April 2018
Welcome to April’s Noe Valley Market Update.
The number of active listings was down 61% from one year earlier and down 15% from the previous month.
The median listing price for the month was just under $2.9 million, while the median sales price was just under $2.4 million.
Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was down 21%. The number of units sold decreased 31% year-over-year and increased over 10% month-over-month.
