Noe Valley Real Estate Market Update – October 2017
Welcome to October’s Noe Valley Market Update. The number of active listings was down 27% from one year earlier and down 38% from the previous month. The median listing price for the month was just over $3 million, and the median sales price was just over $2.1 million. Compared to last year, the average number of days that units spent on the market before being sold was up 79%. The number of units sold was consistent year-over-year and increased 100% month-over-month.
